Processing Time

All BARAKVIA products are made-to-order through our premium printing production partners.

Processing Time: 2–7 business days
(Production may be quicker depending on the print provider.)

Each piece is freshly printed, quality-checked, and packed before shipping.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping duration depends on the printing provider used for your region.
These are the typical ranges:

  • USA: 3–8 business days
  • UK & Europe: 3–10 business days
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
  • Asia Pacific (including Singapore/Malaysia): 5–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delays may occur during holiday periods or with customs clearance.


Order Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
If you haven’t received it, reach out and we’ll send it again.


Customs & Duties

Some international orders may incur customs fees charged by your local authority.
These charges are not controlled by us and are the buyer’s responsibility.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each BARAKVIA item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered
  • change of mind
  • design preference

Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue
  • a description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement immediately.
(These cases are fully covered by our Printify production partners.)


Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • damaged or defective products
  • manufacturing errors
  • package lost in transit (verified by courier)

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
