Ordering
How long does processing take?
All BARAKVIA products are made-to-order through our Printify partners.
Processing usually takes 2–7 business days depending on the product and print provider.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by region:
- USA: 3–8 business days
- UK & Europe: 3–10 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 5–12 business days
- Asia (including Singapore & Malaysia): 5–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this, production begins and edits are no longer possible.
Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Every product has a size chart on its page.
We recommend measuring a hoodie/shirt you already own and comparing it to the chart for the best fit.
What printing method do you use?
Our partners use high-quality DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing for long-lasting, vibrant prints.
Are your designs faith-friendly?
Yes — BARAKVIA focuses on clean aesthetics, modest silhouettes, and values-aligned designs.
We do not include sacred words to ensure respectful wear in all environments.
Shipping Issues
My tracking shows no updates. What should I do?
Tracking sometimes takes 24–48 hours to activate.
If it does not update after several days, contact us and we’ll check with the provider.
My order hasn’t arrived.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated shipping window, reach out to us and we’ll investigate with the print provider and courier.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- wrong size ordered
- change of mind
- preference differences
Please refer to the size guide before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll replace it free of charge.
Email us within 14 days with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- a short description
We’ll arrange a replacement immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available only for:
- damaged items
- manufacturing errors
- orders lost in transit
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
